Our Policys and things you need to know before booking your appointment:

  • A patch test will be required 48 hours prior to your appointment if you've not had any of the following treatments with us before. This includes, any lash or brow tinting, Brow lamination and Lash Lifting.

  • If you need to cancel an appointment please do so with at least 24 hours notice. If you fail to do so you will be charged the full price of the treatment.

  • Please be aware that a small deposit is taken on all appointments made via our online booking system to secure a slot. The deposit goes towards your service and is deducted off the total cost on the day.

  • The deposit is to ensure that a fair booking system is in place. It entitles you to that appointment over another potential client and if cancelled the time slot may not be filled after cancellation, therefore all booking fees are strictly non-refundable.

  • Deposits are 20% of your bill total.

  • If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment with no notice the appointment will have to be put as a no show and will be charged the full price of the missed treatment

  • If you are late to your appointment this will be taken out of your appointment time and we may only be able to complete part of the service, although we will do our very best for you.
